What is the minimum order?
For new partners the first order starts from a mixed pallet. After that, order as much as you sell; we deliver in Dnipro twice a week.
Do you deliver outside Dnipro?
Yes, across Dnipropetrovsk region with our partner carriers, and nationwide by courier for smaller orders.
Is marketing support paid separately?
Basic window and leaflet design is included for dealers above an agreed monthly volume. Larger campaigns are quoted separately.
Can you supply hotels and offices?
Yes. We supply furniture, lighting and appliances for fit-outs, with delivery by room or floor.

DNIPRO SONDER, TOV ("Dnipro Sonder", "we") trades electronics, furniture, carpets, lighting and household goods wholesale, and provides advertising, market research and commercial support services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR where applicable.

2. Dealers and business customers
Business contacts, shop addresses, orders, invoices and sales reports that dealers share with us for range planning.
3. Warranty claims
When we handle a warranty claim on behalf of a dealer's customer, we receive the customer's name, phone and the product's serial number. We use them only to process the claim with the manufacturer and delete them when the claim is closed.
4. Market research
Surveys of shoppers are voluntary and anonymous wherever possible. Results are reported to dealers and brands only in aggregate.
5. In-store promotions
Promo staff do not collect shoppers' personal data unless a shopper enters a promotion voluntarily; promotion entries are deleted 30 days after the winner is announced.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, consumer protection), consent (research and promotions), legitimate interests (dealer relationship management).
7. Recipients
Manufacturers for warranty, carriers, printing houses (artwork only), tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Contracts and invoices: as required by law.
- Warranty claim data: until the claim is closed.
- Promotion entries: 30 days after the draw.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
